These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the RxPillTab website at www.rxpilltab.com (the “Website”) and to every order you place with RxPillTab (www.rxpilltab.com), referred to in these Terms as “RxPillTab”, “we”, “us” or “our”. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who we are

RxPillTab is an online pharmacy based in India that supplies generic medicines to customers in the USA, Europe and Canada. You can contact us at sales@rxpilltab.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the information you give us is true and complete, and that the medicines are for your own personal use or for a person you are legally responsible for. Medicines bought from us must not be resold.

3. Your account

  • Some features, including ordering, require an account. Please keep your details, especially your email and delivery address, accurate and up to date.
  • Your login details are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without your permission.

4. Prescriptions

A valid prescription is required for prescription medicines. We will not dispatch a prescription medicine until we have received and verified a valid prescription. We may contact you or your prescriber to confirm details, and we may refuse or cancel any order where we cannot verify a prescription or have concerns about safety. You confirm that you have been assessed by a qualified prescriber for any prescription medicine you order. See our Prescription Policy.

5. Orders and pricing

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.
  • We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price or description is wrong, a prescription cannot be verified, the quantity is unusual, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you as described in our Cancellation Policy.
  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Website and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • We try to keep all prices and product details accurate. If we find an obvious error after you order, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

6. Payment

The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store full payment card numbers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. The name that appears on your bank or card statement may differ from our website name. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank.

7. Shipping, customs and delays

We ship to the USA, Europe and Canada from India. Delivery times are estimates only. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

  • Import rules. Laws on importing medicines differ between countries. You are responsible for making sure that the medicines you order may lawfully be imported into and used in your country.
  • Customs charges. Any duties, taxes or fees charged on import are payable by you directly to the relevant authority, unless checkout says otherwise.
  • Customs delays. Delays caused by customs checks or by the postal or courier service are outside our control. What happens if a parcel is lost, held or returned is set out in Our Guarantee.

8. Cancellations, refunds and returns

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched, as set out in our Cancellation Policy. For safety reasons, medicines generally cannot be returned once they have been shipped. Refunds and reshipments are covered by our Refund & Return Policy and Our Guarantee.

9. Product information and medical disclaimer

Product information on the Website is general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Always read the patient information leaflet and follow your prescriber’s instructions. Generic tablets and packaging may look different from branded products or from earlier orders. Brand names mentioned on the Website are used only for reference and belong to their owners. See our Medical Disclaimer.

10. Reviews, comments and feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions or reviews, you allow us to use them to improve our service and, for reviews, to publish them on the Website without payment to you. Please do not include other people’s personal data or any health information you want to keep private. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.

11. Website availability and links

We try to keep the Website available at all times, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only; we do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos and page design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for any other purpose without our written permission. Product and manufacturer names belong to their respective owners.

13. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Website, for example by submitting false information or documents, trying to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with how it works.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any loss caused by using a medicine other than as prescribed or as directed in its patient information leaflet;
  • we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs actions, courier delays, strikes or natural events;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; and
  • our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

If you are a consumer, you may have legal rights in your country that these Terms do not affect.

15. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of India. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on the Website when you place an order applies to that order. The “Last updated” date above shows when the Terms were last changed.
