How does Finalo 1 work?
Finasteride blocks the enzyme 5-alpha reductase, which turns testosterone into DHT. DHT shrinks hair follicles in men with pattern baldness, so lowering it slows thinning and lets many follicles recover.
Finalo 1 dosage: how to take it
- The usual dose is one 1 mg tablet once a day, with or without food.
- Swallow whole with water at the same time each day.
- Allow 3 to 6 months to see a clear change; the benefit lasts only while you keep taking it.
- Do not take more than one tablet a day.
Finalo 1 side effects
Uncommon: reduced sex drive, difficulty getting an erection, less semen, breast tenderness or enlargement.
Get medical help for: breast lumps, pain or nipple discharge, swelling of the lips or face, or lasting low mood. Finasteride can lower PSA, so tell your doctor you take it before a prostate test.
Who should not take Finalo 1?
Not for women or children. Women who are or may be pregnant must not handle crushed or broken tablets because finasteride can harm a male baby.
Tell your doctor first if you have liver disease or prostate problems. Do not take it if you are allergic to finasteride.
Finalo 1 drug interactions
Finasteride has few known drug interactions. Tell your doctor about all medicines you take, especially other treatments for prostate or hair loss, and do not combine it with other finasteride or dutasteride products.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from light. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
