How to order medicines online from RxPillTab

Wondering how to order medicines online from RxPillTab? It takes only a few minutes. This guide walks you through each step, from finding your generic medicine to receiving your parcel. If anything is unclear, our team is happy to help by email.

Step 1: Find your medicine

Use the search box at the top of any page and type the generic name (for example sildenafil) or the brand name you know. Our search also matches the brand a generic is equivalent to, so you can find the right product either way. You can also open the All categories menu to browse by treatment area, such as Men’s Health, Oncology, Weight Loss, Hair Loss and Eye Care, or view every product in our shop.

Step 2: Choose the strength and pack size

Each product page has a price table listing the available strengths and pack sizes. Choose the option that matches your prescription, check the price, and click Add to cart. The product page also shows whether a prescription is required for that medicine. If you are unsure which strength is right for you, ask your doctor before ordering.

Step 3: Go to checkout

Open your cart, check the items and quantities, and continue to checkout. Enter your name, email address and full delivery address carefully, because we use them for your order updates and for delivery. The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout, together with the shipping cost, before you pay.

Step 4: Send your prescription

For prescription medicines, email a clear copy of your prescription to sales@rxpilltab.com with your order number. A photo or scan of the whole prescription is fine, as long as it is complete and easy to read. Your order stays On hold until our team has received and checked it, and we do not dispatch a prescription medicine before then. Step 5: Order confirmation and tracking

After you place your order, you receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been checked, packed and dispatched, we email you again with your tracking number. You can also follow the status of your order at any time in My Account. International tracking can take a few days to show its first update.

Step 6: Delivery and customs

Orders are sent from India in plain, discreet packaging. Estimated delivery times for your country are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Because your parcel is an international shipment, customs in your country may inspect it, and rules on importing medicines for personal use differ between countries.
