It is for adult men only and works with sexual stimulation.
How does Super Vidalista work?
Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor that relaxes penile blood vessels so more blood flows in when aroused. Effects last up to 36 hours.
Dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI that raises serotonin activity, which helps delay ejaculation. It acts for a few hours.
Onset: about 1 hour.
Super Vidalista dosage: how to take it
- Take only as directed by your doctor, about 1 hour before sex, swallowed whole with water.
- No more than one tablet in 24 hours.
- Do not take with alcohol – it raises the risk of dizziness and fainting.
- Not for daily use.
Super Vidalista side effects
Common: headache, nausea, dizziness, diarrhoea, flushing, indigestion, back or muscle pain, stuffy nose.
Seek emergency help for: fainting, chest pain, an erection lasting over 4 hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, swelling of the face or throat, or any thoughts of self-harm or severe mood change.
Who should not take Super Vidalista?
Do not take Super Vidalista if you use nitrates or poppers, take riociguat, take or recently took an MAOI, SSRI, SNRI, tricyclic antidepressant, tramadol or linezolid, have serious heart disease, heart rhythm problems or very low blood pressure, have moderate to severe liver disease, or are allergic to either ingredient.
Ask your doctor first if you have a history of fainting, depression or mania, kidney problems, a bleeding disorder or Peyronie’s disease.
Super Vidalista drug interactions
- Nitrates, riociguat – never combine.
- Antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, tricyclics), tramadol, linezolid, St John’s wort – risk of serotonin syndrome.
- Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, clarithromycin) – raise both drug levels.
- Alpha-blockers and blood pressure medicines – dizziness, fainting.
- Other ED medicines – do not combine. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice.
How to store Super Vidalista
Store below 30°C in a dry place in the original blister strip. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
