To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What your order status means

  • Pending payment – we are waiting for your payment to be confirmed.
  • On hold – we are waiting for something from you, usually a valid prescription for prescription medicines.
  • Processing – your order is confirmed and being prepared for dispatch.
  • Completed – your order has been dispatched. Tracking details are sent to your email.
